TS-Photon 114 mm f/4 Advanced Newtonian with carbon tube
The compact Newtonian with the carbon fiber tube is a compact travel telescope for observation and astrophotography. The telescope fits in any hand luggage.

The advantages of the 4.5" TS Photon Newtonian
Fast, high-quality parabolic primary mirror for very good contrast and sharpness
Improved 2" ball-bearing focuser with M54x0.75 connection and reduction
Solid secondary mirror spider arms, twisting is no longer possible, this makes collimation easier
The working distance is 27 mm from the 2" receptacle
Brighter image due to forced mirroring on primary and secondary mirror
Primary mirror mount and secondary mirror mount are adjustable and of course made of metal

Astrophotography with the TPC45F4-2 Newtonian
The short back focus of only 27 mm from the 2" receptacle does not allow the use of simple coma correctors, but the TeleVue VIP-2010 works with the very short back focus. This means that cameras up to APS-C size can be used.

"It is important to note that this model only works with the Baader MPCC Mark3 coma corrector."
