Refracting Telescope with achromatic lens
The achromatic telescope uses a 2-element objective to correct the chromatic aberation. Many beginner telescopes and rich field telescopes are achromatic refractors.
For many stargazers, the first telescope is an achromatic refractor. Its design convinces with easy operation and good optical performance. It is also suitable for daytime observation. Astro- and terrestrial photography is possible, too.
