Bresser 4702108 - Refractor Messier AR-102/1000 with EXOS-2

Our customer Jean-Francois Pittet captured a great image with such an optics (different mount).

The Sol´Ex spectrograph developed by Christian Buil was used, here in the function as spectroheliograph. In contrast to normal solar filters for H-alpha, Calcium-K or Calcium-H, with a spectroheliograph one can select any wavelength and thus also spectral line within the possible range.

A monochrome CMOS camera was used to capture the image, and the software used was SharpCap (capture), INTI (SER video to image), and PaintShopPro (slight contrast adjustment). INTI was developed specifically for this application.
