TS Off-Axis Guider and Filter Changer

The set comprises a versatile off-axis guider and Antlia´s high-quality filter drawer. This provides you with both guiding and filter changing in a single, sturdy, bolted-together unit. A guide scope is no longer required.

Ideal for astro-cameras with a T2 mount, a flange focal distance of 17.5 mm and correctors with a working distance of 55 mm
The set is designed for astro-cameras with T2 mount and 17.5 mm flange focal distance, such as the well-known cooled cameras from ZWO or ToupTek. When you screw the camera onto the TS-OAG kit, the sensor is exactly 55 mm from the M48 internal thread. This automatically gives you the correct distance for most coma correctors, reducers or field flatteners with an M48 threaded connection.

Optimise the position of the prism in the off-axis guider
You can freely adjust the position of the prism to ensure the best possible illumination of the autoguider without, however, blocking the light path to the imaging camera. The camera has three positions relative to the OAG´s prism. This allows you to further optimise the illumination.

Connecting the autoguider
The autoguider can be connected via a 1.25" (MINI cameras) or T2 mount. Cameras such as the ZWO ASI 120Mini can be inserted directly into the 1.25" receptacle. If the adapter is unscrewed, a T2 thread is available. The autoguider´s focus is calibrated once to match the main camera by adjusting the side mount.

Magnetic filter drawer by Antlia for 2" filters
The filter holder accommodates 2" filters. Changing the filter is quick and straightforward, and the filter holder locks into place precisely thanks to two magnets. Changing the filter during an imaging session is no problem at all. There are, of course, other filter holders available for the drawer - not only for 2" filters, but also for 1.25" filters or unfiltered ones.
