Sky-Watcher Startravel telescopes are high-quality, achromatic 2-element air-spaced refractors and are ideal for wide-field observations of comets, star fields, star clusters, nebulae, bright galaxies, and planets, as well as the moon and, with special safety filters, the sun, but also for daytime nature observations. These short, wide-field telescopes are perfect for astrophotography as well as terrestrial photography with your DSLR camera. The short focal ratio makes them ideal for photographing lunar and solar eclipses, but also for nature photography. The high-quality and easy-to-use AZ-Pronto azimuthal mount offers high stability in combination with the included stainless steel tripod and allows precise adjustment via the flexible shafts in the horizontal (azimuth) and vertical (altitude) axes. For additional height, the set includes a 21.5 cm long extension pier. A powerful, easy-to-use telescope mount set, especially recommended for beginners, but also for experienced observers as an "always-with-you" device.

With the included smartphone adapter, you can photograph many targets in the sky, such as the moon. Daytime photography is also possible.
