Sky-Watcher´s Fusion-120i mount can be controlled wirelessly with your smartphone or tablet, using the free SynScan or SynScan PRO Apps for iOS or Android. The Fusion-120i mount, with its built-in Wi-Fi module, creates its very own Wi-Fi network, so the mount can be used anywhere, without any reliance on other Wi-Fi or mobile networks. After entering your coordinates into the app and following a simple alignment procedure, you are ready to explore the universe using the apps intuitive touchscreen menu from an extensive database of celestial objects. It can also be controlled by Bluetooth, or with the supplied SynScan computerised handset with a database of 42,900+ objects.

The Fusion-120i is easily portable using the built-in carry handle whilst also having a substantial payload capacity of 12 kg. The mount will accept OTAs with either 45 mm or 75 mm dovetail bars via its dual-fit saddle. Powering the mount is versatile using either the internal lithium-ion battery or an external 12 V 3 A DC power supply.

The Fusion-120i is perfectly matched with the compact but very powerful SKYMAX-150 Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope, which is ideal for the observation of double-stars, and the surface detail of the Moon & bright planets. Its high-resolution, long focal length optical system is multi-coated to maximise contrast and image sharpness.

An equatorial wedge (product code 20331) will soon be available to purchase separately to use the mount in EQ mode.
