TS-Optics 1.25" Filter Set for Observing and Photography of Moon and Planets
Color filters from Teleskop-Service offer an excellent value for money. The filters are very well suited for observation and astrophotography. Just screw the filter into the filter thread of your eyepiece, the filter wheel or the adapter, and observe moon or planets with clearly more contrast.

The TSFISET6 consists of the following filters:
The combination of filters opens up new, exciting applications. The filter set contains many useful filters for observation and photography of moon and planets.
TS Light Red #23A - from 60 mm aperture

The filter considerably increases contrast on moon. The polar ice caps of Mars become already visible in telescopes from 100 mm aperture. The filter is ideal for daytime planetary observing as blue is entirely blocked.
TS Orange #21 - from 80 mm aperture

Dust storms on Mars become visible. Structures in the atmospheres of Jupiter and Saturn are better emphasized. The phases of Mercury and Venus can be observed better, even at daytime or in the twilight. In larger telescopes, also details in the atmosphere of Uranus become visible.
TS Yellow #12 - from 80 mm aperture

The contrast on the surface of the moon is significantly increased. Surface details and clouds of Mars become visible. The Great Red Spot of Jupiter is ephasized. The blue fringe of achromatic refractors (false colour) is suppressed. The filter is also suitable for twilight observations.
TS Green # 56 - from 60 mm aperture

One of the most important contrast filters. Lunar craters become more visible, even away from the terminator. The filter also emphasize the Great Red Spot of Jupiter and the smaller vortices of the gas giants Jupiter and Saturn.
TS Light Blue # 82A - from 50 mm aperture

The filter is an important universal contrast filter for almost all objects in the solar system. Especially the cloud bands of Jupiter and Saturn are strengthened. The filter also emphasizes the polar ice caps of Mars in telescopes from 80 mm aperture.
TS Moon & Skyglow-Filter

This filter is one of the best planetary filters we know. In the solar sytem the filter provides a significant increase in contrast.

In addition, the UCF also increases the contrast of reddish gas nebulae, also called H-II regions. Observations of planetary nebulae also benefit from it. Overall the filter effect is not as strong as from a standard nebula filter, for example from a UHC. For this reason, the filter is well suited also for smaller telescopes.
