Astroprints EAF Motor Mounting Kit for the Sigma Art 105 mm Telephoto Lens

A useful upgrade for your high quality telephoto lens

Astroprints also has a solution for all astrophotographers who like to work with the Sigma Art 105 mm telephoto lens and also want to use motorized focusing.

When used with full-frame cameras, this lens allows ultrawidefield shooting without compromise at f/1.4 or f/2.8.

With this tube ring, you can finally mount your lens including a suitable guiding scope securely on a small travel mount. Starting with the Skywatcher Star Adventurer or the EQ3 mount, safe tracking without overloading the mount is already possible. Long exposures are now possible by safely attaching a guiding scope.

In addition, you can conveniently focus with the ZWO EAF focus motor without having to touch the lens. This ensures the best possible focusing every time.

ZWO EAF, Sigma Art 105 mm and Allen key are not included in the scope of delivery!

Attention: Tighten the screws that hold the two halves of the ring to the telephoto lens only so firmly that the ring does not slip. Tightening too much can cause the rings to break!

It is better to additionally use 2x M5 washers or an M5 nut at the screw connection of each of the two tube rings to avoid over-tightening and thus breaking the rings.
