Astroprints EAF Motor Mounting Kit for the EF 200 mm f/2.8L

A useful upgrade for your high quality telephoto lens

Astroprints also has a solution for all astrophotographers who like to work with the Canon EF 200 mm 1:2.8L telephoto lens and also want to use motorized focusing.

When used with full-frame cameras, this lens allows ultrawidefield shooting without compromise at f/2.8.

With this tube ring, you can finally mount your lens including a suitable guiding scope securely on a small travel mount. Starting with the Skywatcher Star Adventurer or the EQ3 mount, safe tracking without overloading the mount is already possible. Long exposures are now possible by safely attaching a guiding scope.

In addition, you can conveniently focus with the ZWO EAF focus motor without having to touch the lens. This ensures the best possible focusing every time.

ZWO EAF, camera, telephoto lens and tools are not included!

Note: ZWO has given the new EAF with USB-C connection a smaller shaft (33.5 mm instead of 34 mm) and different connection dimensions. Therefore, this adapter no longer fits properly. Hobbyists can of course find a workaround. The adapter fits all other older EAFs perfectly. We ask for your understanding that we will no longer be able to accept complaints regarding incompatibility after September 2025.
