Orion SkyQuest XX12i IntelliScope - 305mm f/4.9 Truss Dobsonian with object locator

A powerful dobsonian for stargazers who value large aperture and easy object finding through the object locator.

12" aperture offers great observing experiences under good starry skies. The forced coating of the main and secondary mirrors makes the image even brighter. For example, galaxies already show structures.

The rocker box of the XX14i is particularly stable and has lateral stiffeners. This suppresses wobbling and ensures good viewing comfort even at high magnifications.

The high quality 2" Crayford focuser allows accurate focusing without wobbling. The 1:10 micro reduction offers modern convenience. Even less experienced observers can achieve good focus.

The main mirror cell of the XX14i is computer-optimised and has a nun-point bearing. The built-in fan accelerates the cooling process of the main mirror. Of course, the main and secondary mirrors are fully adjustable.
