TS 0.8x image field corrector for the CF Apo 155 mm f/8

The corrector is designed for this apo and delivers optimal astrophotographic results. Cameras up to full frame can be used and the star image is pinpoint sharp right up to the corners. In addition, the focal length of the apo is reduced to 992 mm. The focal ratio improves to f/6.4. You save around 36% in exposure time compared to a 1.0x flattener.

Connecting cameras to the correctorOn the camera side, the corrector has an M54x0.75 external thread. This thread offers 15% better illumination than M48. Therefore, we can recommend the corrector for all cameras up to full frame. The working distance is exactly 55 mm from the thread. There are suitable adapters for this thread and distance for all astro cameras. We will be happy to advise you.

The corrector has an additional M72x1 thread for individual adaptations, e.g. via M68x1, if you want to use a large off-axis guider, for example. We offer suitable adapters.

The connection on the telescope sideThe corrector has an M92x1 external thread on the telescope side. This thread allows you to screw the corrector directly into the focuser of the TS CF Apo. This prevents tilting and ensures optimal performance.
