TS-Optics 70° Wide-Angle Eyepieces – The Perfect Solution for Observation
The TSWA eyepieces offer the perfect balance between classic Plössl eyepieces and extreme ultra-wide-angle models. They provide a significant wide-angle effect while requiring only 5 lenses. The 1.25" models are barely larger than Plössl eyepieces, but offer significantly more.

The TSWA20 is the perfect choice for all telescopes when you want moderate magnification combined with high image brightness and a large field of view—ideal for impressive overview observations.

TSWA eyepieces excel in all applications. Models with shorter focal lengths are ideal for planetary observation: they offer Plössl-level sharpness, but with a larger field of view and a significantly more comfortable viewing experience. At the same time, deep-sky observers also benefit from the high contrast and wide field of view. The high-quality multi-coating and blackened lens edges ensure a dark sky background, making even fine nebula structures visible.

The optical design of TSWA eyepieces offers clear advantages
Optimized lens design for greater brightness and higher contrast
Very comfortable viewing experience
Reduced edge distortion for a more natural image
Can be used with a Barlow lens without any issues
Non-critical focus position—focusing is possible with virtually any telescope
A well-thought-out eyepiece concept that combines performance, comfort, and flexibility without unnecessary optical clutter.
