TS-Optics UWAN 4 mm 82° Ultra Wide Angle Eyepiece
The UWAN eyepieces from Teleskop-Service offer an extreme field of view of 82°. We have placed particular emphasis on even better viewing, more contrast and bino suitability. The UWAN 4 mm from TS-Optic sets standards for large field eyepieces.

The UWAN 4mm is an eyepiece for maximum magnification. It is a planetary eyepiece and an exciting deep-sky eyepiece at the same time. Lunar craters and finest details on planets can be observed outstandingly well. The oberving properties are much better than the one of a Plössl or an Ortho eyepiece. But bright planetary nebulae or double stars can be observed well, too. Image brightness and contrast are guaranteed by multi-coating, blackened lens edges and clean inner blackening.

"4 out of 5, because it didn't exactly fit my scope liek the original piece. It was just a little loose. But I used it on a spotting scope, so I can imagine that a telescope works just fine. The field of view was les than I expected, but then again: spotting scope. The 4 mm had an insane zoom, I think it was a bit too much, but that was just a bad choice on my behalf. Product looked great though, build quality was good. "

"Gutes Okular: Von der Verarbeitung bis zur optischen Leitung bin ich zufrieden. Für ein Weitwinkelokular ist es ausgesprochen leicht - ein weiterer Pluspunkt,Sterne scharf bis an den Rand,durch das große Gesichtsfeld hat man das Gefühl, man ist mittendrin!! Kann ich empfehlen, gute Qualität zu einem fairen Preis... "
