TS-Optics 12 V Connecting Cable for EQ6-R and AZ-EQ6 Mounts

The cable provides good protection for your EQ6 mount against reverse polarity and overload. Built into the connector is reverse polarity protection and a fast-blow 3 amp fuse. This protects the sensitive circuit boards of the mount as good as possible.

If the motors of the mount have to overcome too high a resistance, they always need more power. If the power consumption is too high, the weakest link in the chain will go down, and unfortunately these are often the expensive circuit boards. That´s why it makes sense to use a fast-acting (not slow-blow) fuse. For this reason we recommend this cable for the appropriate mounts.
