ZWO Duo-Band Narrow-band Filter for high-contrast Nebula Images even close to Cities
The ZWO Duo-Band narrow band filter is an alternative to time-consuming astrophotography with L-RGB filters and monochrome cameras. With this filter, high-contrast nebula images can also be captured with color astrocameras and DSLR cameras.The ZWO Duo-Band Filter is a dual-band pass filter that was specially developed for color cameras. The important areas in which nebulae glow, such as H-alpha, H-beta and oxygen (O-III), are let through almost unhindered. The rest will be blocked. The natural colour of the nebula is preserved in the best possible way. The results are astrophotographic results reminiscent of missions in the dark high mountains.
The filter is also suitable for monochrome (black and white) cameras. The contrast of the luminance images is extremely increased, even very faint nebulae can be recorded well.

I use this filter for Electronically Assisted Astronomy (EAA).
He definitely has a clearly visible effect for the urban area
( Bortle 6 at me and more, as I can state that there will be a visible effect for Bortle 4 and 5 as well).
Working very good for my hobbie.

"Ich nutze den DOU Band Filter als Luminanz Kontrast Verstärker, und dafür funktioniert er ausgezeichnet. Zu Farbe kann ich nichts sagen, mache selber keine Farbbilder.."
