"Mit dem Ende von Carl Zeiss Jena verschwanden vor knapp 30 Jahren auch leider die klassischen Porroferngläser sowie die Porrogläser mit Einzelokulareinstellung weitestgehend vom Markt und nahezu alle Hersteller schwenkten ihr Portfolio auf das Dachkantglas. Per Zufall entdeckte ich das TS-Optics 6x30 ED APO Outdoorfernglas und schlug ohne lange zu überlegen zu. Ein Schritt, den ich bis heute nicht bereut habe. Was die optischen Leistungen angeht, sind Porros dem Dachkant ohnehin überlegen und die 6fache Vergrößerung erlaubt langes Freihandbeobachten ohne dass die Augen ermüden und man es absetzen muss.
