TS-Optics 1.0x Corrector and Field Flattener for Refracting Telescopes

The corrector is suitable for ED, apochromatic or achromatic refractors. It corrects the error at the edge and thus allows astrophotography through the telescope. The stars are imaged pinpoint up to the edge. The focal length of the refractor is not changed. We recommend the corrector for cameras up to APS-C format, there the corrector will bring very good results.

Connection of DSLR, mirrorless system cameras or astro cameras

The optimal distance from the M48 thread to the sensor of the camera is 55 mm. To connect an SLR camera, you only need an M48 ring. For mirrorless system cameras or astro cameras we offer suitable adaptations.

For self-adaptations, the corrector also offers an M55x0.75 external thread. The working distance from this thread is 62.5 mm to the sensor plane.

Connection to telescope

The corrector has a 2" barrel at the telescope side. With this, the connection to the telescope is possible without any problems. Every refractor which is designed for 2" accessories can work with this corrector without problems. A filter thread for 2" filters is available at the end of the barrel.

If you unscrew the 2" barrel, you will find an M48x0.75 female thread on the corrector. This allows a screwed adaptation to the telescope. Tilting is prevented.
