The 52 mm Super ED Guide Scope includes 1 piece of SD glass to achieve better color aberration control, to reach more accurate guiding and improve imaging quality. At the same time, the 52 mm SD Guide Scope provides users with more ways to use it.

The 52 mm SD guide scope is light, compact, and stable. The aperture is 52 mm, the focal length is 249 mm, and the focal length is f/4.8. The focuser travel length is 25 mm, and the weight is only 740 g.

Powerful and versatile

The aperture area of the 52 mm SD guide scope is 164% larger than that of the 32 mm guide scope, with the increased light gathering the limiting magnitude can reach 10.4.

The 52 mm SD guide scope has a doublet objective lens design, including 1 piece of SD glass, providing more accurate guiding.

In addition to guiding, the 52 mm SD guide scope can also be used for visual observation and astrophotography.

Connecting camera or visual equipment

The 52 mm SD guide scope comes with a 1.25" adapter, an M42x0.75 threaded adapter, and two 40 mm extension tubes.

The extension tubes and adapters are removable to accommodate different usage needs.

When using the 52 mm SD guide scope with cameras, the CMOS position relative to the focal plane varies depending on the type of camera attached. For precise guiding with a guiding camera, the rear 1.25" adapter can be attached directly. For planetary cameras or DSO cameras, the M42 threaded adapter can be used for attachment.

For visual observation, it can remove the extension tube and attach the 1.25" adapter to use the corresponding size diagonal and eyepiece.

To fully consider the user´s feelings, the integrated helical focusing design is adopted for smooth use, and the travel length is 25 mm. Users can directly turn the focuser manually to adjust.

The 52 mm SD guide scope is designed with an XY-axis adjustable design, which allows to adjust the guide scope to be coaxial with the telescope, further enhancing the accuracy of the guiding.

The 52 mm SD guide scope base is suitable for universal finder slots and also has a 1/4" threaded hole and an M4 threaded hole on the base for easy attachment.

The 52 mm SD guide scope is delicate and is crafted using high-quality CNC machining, with anodized treatment. Here are black and silver versions to choose from.
