The ZWO 30mm F/5 APO Guide Scope features a lightweight and streamlined design. It is independently developed by ZWO to offer high guiding accuracy and stable tracking performance.

ZWO 30mm F/5 Guide Scope uses a professional apochromatic (APO) design with a built-in ED glass, achieving a more regular optical path and effectively reducing the impact of chromatic aberration on stars.

Compared to the previous generation, the 30mm F/5 guide scope has been upgraded to a 150 mm focal length. With the longer focal length, it further improves the guide star quality, providing more stable and accurate guiding performance.

The 20 mm travel non-rotating helical focuser, paired with locking screws, allows for accurate focusing and ensures the focused position remains unchanged. The integrated holder further enhances overall rigidity. The quick-release guide scope dovetail plate enables users to rapidly install the guide scope, making it more convenient and easy to use.

The compact guide scope fits into all standard finder shoes and can easily be mounted in place of the finder. This makes connecting it to your telescope extremely easy. Alternatively, we also offer matching finder shoes or a double mount that allows the simultaneous use of finder and mini guide scope.

Adapting the tracking camera or autoguider is also easy. All standard autoguiders and astro cameras with a T2 or 1.25" connection can be used.
