TS 3" focuser with rack and pinion and ball bearings - M117x1 connection

The focuser fits directly to the M117x1 thread of the larger RC and Cassegrain telescopes from 10? aperture. It holds accessories up to 6 kg and, thanks to the combination of roller bearings and toothed drive, allows clean adjustment without tilting, even under maximum load. The base on the adjustment side is flat and equipped with two M4 female threads, so that a motorized focuser such as the EAF from ZWO can be mounted without an auxiliary adapter.

Connection to the telescope:

On the telescope side, the focuser has an M117x1 internal thread with a knurled union nut. The thread depth is 8 mm. The focuser can also be connected to other telescopes such as refractors using adapters to M117.

Connection of camera-side accessories:

Many threads are available for screw adaptations. Among other things, the focuser has the important M68x1 internal thread.
