JMI - Event Horizon 2" Crayford focuser for Newtonian telescopes - with reducer
Flat Crayford focuser for higher demandsThe Event Horizon EV-1 is a 2" Crayford focuser for stargazers who want to focus heavy accessories with highest precision. Especially for astrophotographic applications this powerful focuser is recommended. The focusing is done completely without image shifting and thus allows a high comfort during focusing. Of course, the clamping of the accessories is done gently and precisely via rings.
Loading and Focusing
The EV-1 carries accessories up to 4kg without any problems. High-quality ball bearings and an extremely fine micro-reduction ensure highest precision.
Adaptation to the telescope
The EV-1 comes with a universal base with 185mm radius, which can be mounted on tube radii from 170mm up to flat surfaces. The extension can be finely adjusted via tension and compression screws.
