Vixen Eyepiece LVW 42 mm - 2" insert - 65° field of view
LVW eyepieces from Vixen convince with their particularly comfortable viewing behaviour and a comfortable eye relief of 22 mm. Even after many hours of use, LVW eyepieces do not show any signs of fatigue.Application range of the 2" LVW 42
Deep sky observation can also be performed very successfully with the LVW eyepieces. The apparent field of view of 65° corresponds to the limit of conscious perception in humans. The comfortable view makes the LVW eyepieces a recommendation for stargazers who do not attach too much importance to an exaggeratedly large field of view and for whom a comfortable view is more important.
We recommend the LVW 42 for telescopes from f/6 or slower. With faster telescopes, the exit pupil becomes too large and you "give away" light.
