iOptron HST - the astrophotography tracking solution for mobile photographers

The HST MiniTracker is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and, weighing only 800 grams, it is a lightweight. Nevertheless, the mount can carry cameras and lenses weighing up to 4 kg. The MiniTracker is the ideal mount for mobile astrophotography and for vacations.

The MiniTracker is simply mounted on a photo tripod with a tilt head and aligned towards the North Star. The desired target is easily set using a ball head (optional) attached to the MiniTracker. With the optional polar wedge and polar finder or iPolar, even more accurate alignment is possible for longer exposure times and longer focal lengths. A sighting device for the North Star (peek hole) is included.

The MiniTracker is powered by an internal rechargeable Li-Poly battery, 3 AAA (LR03) batteries, or an external 5-volt power bank, giving users the flexibility to choose the best option for the task at hand.
