Astroprints Tube Ring Kit for Samyang 135 mm F2 Lens

Astroprints now also brings a solution for all astrophotographers who like to work with the Samyang 135 mm telephoto lens and also want to use motorized focusing.

With this tube ring, you can finally mount your lens including a suitable guiding scope securely on a small travel mount. With it, already from the Skywatcher Star Adventurer or the EQ3 mount, a safe tracking without overloading the mount is possible. Long exposures are now possible by safely attaching a guiding scope.

In addition, you can conveniently focus with the ZWO EAF focus motor without having to touch the lens. This ensures the best possible focusing every time.

Note: ZWO has given the new EAF with USB-C connection a smaller shaft (33.5 mm instead of 34 mm) and different connection dimensions. This adapter fits the EAF properly.

From now on, a new filament is used for this 3D printing article, which is much better UV-resistant and is temperature resistant up to 110 °C. This means that it can also be used in stationary applications in summer without the material deforming.


Important: It is better to use 2x M5 washers additionally on the screw connection of each one of the two tube rings to avoid over-tightening and thus breaking the rings.
