Connection adapter to M117x1 for the Skywatcher 100mm f/5.5 Esprit

The adapter allows the use of large focusers on the TS 150mm f/8 apo via the M117x1 thread. It thus also allows the connection of modern correctors via the M68 or M63 thread via suitable focusers.

Thread extension side:	M117x1 external thread - length 7mm
Optically effective length of the adapter:	Only 2mm (without the two external threads)
