TS Adapter to M69x1 female thread for the large 3" refractor flattener from Teleskop-Service

The adapter fits directly to the M80 thread of the TS 3" flattener and offers a short adaptation to the M69x1 thread. This allows you to connect CCD cameras with a long optical path, filter wheels, off-axis guiders and similar accessories. The TS 2.5" off-axis guider TSG-OAG is particularly suitable, so it is very helpful that this adapter can be screwed directly to it.

If you are not working with off-axis guiding, you can screw the adapter to M48 (M69-M48) directly to this transition adapter.

The optimum distance from the M80 thread of the flattener to the focus:*

The optimal distance from the beginning of the M80 thread from the flattener to the focus is 106 mm. The adapter itself has a length of 13 mm. So from the M69x1 female thread onwards you still have 93 mm to the optimum focus position.

This is possible because the adapter is as short as possible - the M69x1 female thread, for example, has a length of only 5 mm.
