Adapter from M55x0.75 thread to 2" filter thread (M48x0.75)

The adapter fits directly to the TS-Optics correctors WIFLATT2, WIRED08 and WIRED06.

This adapter replaces the original adapter to T2 and allows the connection of camera-side accessories with M48x0.75 while maintaining the working distance. The T2 bottleneck is thus avoided.
