TS very short adapter from M48x0,75 to Canon EOS DSLR mount

This adaptor screws directly into the Canon EOS body and enables you to connect objectives and adapters with M48 (M48x0,75) 2" filter thread.

The EOS mount is much wider than M48 so the adapter can be mounted completely into the camera body. The real optical length is 0 mm!

This adapter is made for astrophotography with very fast telescopes or lenses. Here, tilting the camera by only a few hundredths of a millimeter is sufficient to see a aberations at the edge of the image field. The TS EF-M48F does not have a snap-in function, as with normal T-adapters, but the adapter is bomb-proof. Due to the tight fit, removing the camera from the adapter is a little more complicated.
