Artesky 2" Twist-Lock Adapter for Skywatcher Newtonian Telescopes
This adapter from Artesky allows the connection of 2" accessories to the Skywatcher Newtonian telescope. Due to the twist-lock system, the accessory is clamped precisely on the optical axis. Tilting is reliably prevented. By twisting the lock, you can determine the clamping force yourself.Thanks to the short optical path of only 12 mm, you can easily reach the focus.

"Achtung! Die Angabe von 12mm optischer Weg ist schlichtweg falsch! Es sind genau 21,36mm. Ich habe es genau mit der Schieblehre nachgemessen. Die 12mm beziehen sich nur auf die rote Rändelschraube mit der man durch Drehen die Klemmung herstellen kann, aber da drunter kommt noch ein Rand und dann das Gewinde welches aber komplett nach dem Einschrauben im OAZ Rohr verschwindet. Trotzdem bleiben netto noch die 21,36mm optischer Weg übrig! Durch den großen Durchmesser der roten Rändelschraube kann man nur eine glatte Hülse problemlos klemmen, will man z.B. den TS-Optics Adapter von 2"" auf 1,25"" mit Messingklemmring (TS2-1) verwenden, setzt die Klemmschraube des Adapters auf und es kommt zu einer Verkippung. Ansonsten ist der Artesky mechanisch sehr gut verarbeitet. Er hat sich problemlos auf den Skywatcher OAZ montieren lassen und hält meine Astrokamera mit Baader Komakorrektor MPCC Mark III fest und sicher. "
