Moon Filter for 1.25" Eyepieces

The moon filter has two main functions. First of all it reduces the glare when viewing the bright moon. In addition it has a green colour which results in an improved visibility of details and a better contrast. On the whole you will see much more detail on the moon than you do without the moon filter.

Filter Quality:

Many cheap moon filters have a rather poor optical quality. Since "a chain is only as strong as its weakest link" the good quality of your telescope's optics would be wasted by a poor filter. This moon filter is of a good quality.
