M68x1 Connection Adapter for Skywatcher ESPRIT apos

The adapter fits to the Skywatcher ESPRIT 100, 120 and 150 apos and also to all apos with an M86x1 thread (male) at the focuser. This adapter offers ace4ss to the attractive ZEISS style M68 system. Now you can connect correctors, off-axis guiders or filter wheels from the professional sector to your apochromat.

Two important examples for adaptions:

Adaption TS PhotoLine TSFlat2,5 and TSRED379 ... These two correctors have the M68x1 connection thread. The correctors fit directly into the adapter. The focus position is reached without problems.

Adaption of the Riccardi reducer Rired-M63 to Skywatcher Esprit ED80 and ED100 ... The extreme reducer cannot be screwed into the focuser, as the focus position is shifted so much that focussing becomes impossible. With the multifunctional adapter RiredM63-m68, the reducer is sunk into the drawtube. Screw the reducer to the male M63x1 thread of that adapter and then screw the adapter with the reducer into the camera side of the Lacerta adapter and you can attach your camera accessories via the M48 thread.

The Skywatcher Esprit ED120 and 150 have more backfocus, a standard adaption will work.
