TS-Optics T2 Adapter for Starizona HyperStar

Teleskop-Service has developed a short connection adapter especially for the Starizona HyperStar systems that offers maximum space for adaptations and photo accessories. With this adapter you can easily connect your camera to the HyperStar.

The adapter fits Starizona Hyperstar C6 (for Celestron C6 SC) and Starizona Hyperstar C8 (for Celestron C8 and EHD800)

Distance regulation for the connection of your camera:

The distance between the T2 thread of the adapter and the camera sensor is exactly 37.5 mm. The T2 thread itself does not count, because it disappears in the connection adapter. You only need to know the working distance of your camera (flange focal distance) and you can order the matching T2 spacer rings.

For example, a ZWO cooled astro camera has a distance of 17.5 mm from the T2 thread to the sensor. So you have to bridge a distance of 20 mm with suitable spacer rings. We have linked the rings for you in the accessories section.
