Skywatcher EQ-AL55I - equatorial GoTo mount

The versatile Sky-Watcher EQ-AL55i Pro is equipped with a two-position adjustable counterweight bar, allowing it to be used at all latitudes from 0-90 degrees. Problems that arise with most other mounts at extreme polar altitudes are thus avoided.

Controlled via WLAN

The EQ-AL55i is fully controlled via a smartphone or tablet via the built-in WLAN module using the freeware "SynScan Pro App" for iOS and Android.

Extensive standard equipment

The EQ-AL55i Pro mount is already equipped with an integrated illuminated polar finder scope for precise alignment to the celestial pole and has connections for USB-C, autoguider as well as an optionally available SynScan hand control box and a control socket for triggering a DSLR (also programmable via the SynScan Pro app).

High load capacity with low weight

The EQ-AL55i Pro allows a payload of up to 10 kg with a weight of only 3.8 kg and is equipped with a 45 mm dovetail clamp. This provides you with a large selection of telescopes and accessories to adapt the equipment to your needs. The EQ-AL55i Pro is a great mount for astrophotographers, but also for visual observers who want a powerful yet easy to transport mount.
