Checking and testing your camera

We are always receiving enquiries as to whether we can check cameras or whether customers can have a fully tested camera from us. In the case of new cameras, we can also carry out this service for you before shipping if the camera is purchased from us. Please contact our sales team for pricing.

If your sensor is dirty or the protective glass is dirty, we can clean it. Delivery would then be made with a test flat (printout).

If your camera has a defect, we can check it for you and prepare a cost estimate. If you authorise us to carry out the repair, the cost of the estimate / camera test can be deducted from the repair costs.

The camera must always be disassembled in an absolutely dust-free environment, otherwise new dust will inevitably get onto the sensor. For this purpose, we have a clean chamber in which we can disassemble, repair and clean cameras in a dust-free environment.
