The base allows for the equatorial setup of mounts and smart telescopes for astrophotography. With a load capacity of 40 kg, even heavier or more bulky accessories can be mounted. The design is sturdy and practical, allowing for precise adjustment of the latitude even under load. The polar wedge is suitable for any range from the equator to the pole.

Strong saddle plate on the top:

The saddle plate allows for quick and secure attachment of Losmandy and Vixen style dovetails. The clamping is achieved through surface pressure, which prevents unsightly pressure marks on the dovetail bar and ensures that the mount or accessory is securely fastened.
