Geoptik carrying bag for 12" Ritchey Chretien telescopes
Sturdy padded carrying bag for the popular RC telescopes.The sturdy carrying bag from Geoptik allows the gentle transport and protected storage of the well-known 12" Ritchey-Chrétien telescopes. A plate made of 8 mm thick plywood is worked into the bottom of the carrying bag, to which the telescope can be fixed with a strap. The front of the bag has storage space for accessories.

"I use it for my RC10 Truss, with attached focuser and image train (camera, filterwheel, oag). The bag fits it all without disassembly, and there are a couple of spare centimeters so the cables at the back of the camera are intact. This is particularly useful for me since I don't have a fixed observatory and have to pack the telescope every morning. In the freezing winter it is a real problem to bring cold equipment inside and it must slowly acclimitize or internal dew will build up. This bag lets me put everything in it, zip it up, and let it acclimatize slowly inside. PERFECT!"
