JMI Motor Focus for precise motorized Focusing

Focusing is easy with the JMI MotoFocus system. The motor is attached to the focuser or the focusing knob and turns it without being touched, just controlled with the hand box. There are no vibrations, even at high magnifications. You can concentrate fully on the object. Focusing becomes easier and more precise.

The controller has two push buttons which are suitable also for gloves. With them, you can move the motor in the right direction. Via a rotary knob, you set the speed from very slow for astrophotography to fast adjustment after changing the eyepiece.

The adaption to the telescope is easy and done within a few minutes, thanks to the supplied adapter parts. Nothing needs to be drilled.

Power is supplied by a standard 9V battery in the hand controller. The battery is included in the scope of delivery and lasts very long. An exchange is done in a few minutes, too.

The JMI Motorfokus System can be expanded. Extend the set to a digital stand-alone system or connect it to the computer via the optional USB adapter and use the the well-known focusing programs.

This motor focuser is suitable for: Sky-Watcher/Orion ED80/ED100 apo refractors, SkyQuest XT8/XT10/XT12 (with Crayford focuser), SkyView Pro 8 EQ/80 EQ/100 EQ

Note: This model is designed for Orion single-speed Crayford focusers, it will not work on the dual-speed version.
