Poseidon adapter cable for heat straps

This cable is a special "problem solver" for photographers who are travelling with a small mount, needing dew protection for their camera lens or red-dot-finder. Normally, the heat belts can only be adapted to bigger batteries or controllers. Until now.

With this cable, you can attach heat straps up to approx. 2 Amps current drain to handy LiPo power banks. As they have normally switchable DC output voltages (e.g. 12 / 9 / 6 V), you also have a regulated heating power without needing a separate controller.

Notes:

The max. current drain may not exceed the Amp rating of the power bank

The power bank´s output must not exceed 12 V

The coax plug is for 2.1 mm center pins. It fits e.g. to the MB-45000. Other sources may have differnt receptacles.
