Tecnosky Retrofit for 2" Monorail focusers
To replace the plastic support on 2" Monorail focusers, Tecnosky has developed a retrofit kit made of anodised aluminium.The Monorail focuser is used on TS-Optics/GSO RCs and Newtons. It is a high-quality, precision product, but the plastic support underneath reduces its performance.
Thanks to this retrofit, the smoothness and grip of the sliding tube are significantly improved!
There are threaded holes under the adaptor for attaching the mounting plates of the most common accessories, such as the ZWO EAF or the Pegasus Astro Focuscube.
For mounting EAF and Pegasus focus motors, we recommend the optional kit with a 5x4.3 mm flexible coupling and longer coupling knob.
