Skywatcher WiFi GoTo Klevtsov-Cassegrain telescope with variable tripod

The lightweight and compact Sky-Watcher K100 Mini Virtuoso GTi was developed to be operated with a smartphone or tablet using the SynScan app freeware for iOS and Android. The "Mini Virtuoso GTi" mount is equipped with a WiFi module that creates its own WiFi network. This means that the mount can be used anywhere. Once you have entered the coordinates of your location into the app and completed a simple alignment procedure, you are ready to explore the universe using the intuitive touchscreen menu.

The Mini Virtuoso GTi with the SynScan app provides automatic GoTo control, allowing you to automatically align the telescope to one of over 10,000 celestial objects contained in the app database.

The compact Klevtsov-Cassegrain optics is an interesting catadioptic design which includes a primary and secondary mirror as well as a corrector. It is very well suited for observing double stars or surface details on the moon as well as the brighter planets.

The scope of delivery includes a table mount, which can be converted into a large tripod with the included extendable aluminum legs. With the included smartphone holder, you can take pictures of the starry sky with your smartphone.
