"I really like these, they are a very solid mounts. They will easily pass my 300mm lenses through the rings. The only short coming is if you use any kind of lower accesory module on your (Canon)Camera ie...Dual Battery Pack or the Canon WTF wifi, the Ring and Lenses don´t align. I had to make a 20mmm spacer block between the Base and the Ring to raise the Ring height so it centers on the Lens."
