Leofoto 2-way Panhead HC-28
The Leofoto HC-28 is a tiltable center column that you can use both horizontally and vertically. When the center column is in the vertical position, it increases the maximum working height of the tripod on which the HC-28 is mounted. By tilting the center column, it stands horizontally above the tripod; this is very interesting for top view and/or macro photography.
