TS tube rings from 3D printing

The rings offer an optimal fit on your tube. The plastic is adapted to your tube exactly to the millimeter. The rings have several advantages over metal rings:

The rings are significantly lighter than aluminum rings with comparable stability. The ring set for a tube with D=180 mm weighs only about 330 grams. Metal rings would weigh about one kilogram.

The plastic has vibration damping properties.

The felt insert is not necessary. This improves the fit on the tube without scratching the tube surface.

The rings are completely made of black special PLA, even scratches are no problem for the rings and they look like new even after years.
