With this solid, stable tripod, you can set up your Tabletop Dobsonian at the perfect observing height for yourself and any fellow observers, and not have to rely on a suitable, stable table.

Robust design

The tripod for StarSense Explorer Tabletop Dobsonians connects securely to your telescope´s Dobsonian mount with three screws on the underside of the mounting plate. The integrated accessory tray doubles as a center support to make the entire structure rigid and unyielding, and can also hold up to five additional 1.25" eyepieces. The all-metal tripod is made of high-quality materials that will withstand years of use in harsh outdoor conditions.

Observation convenience

Find the perfect viewing position with ease! The tripod has three height-adjustable legs made of stainless steel with a diameter of 38 mm (1.5"). Whether you prefer to observe standing or sitting, you can easily find the most comfortable position for a relaxed viewing experience. The elevated tripod helps to overlook obstacles such as fences and low trees.

The tripod is lightweight and collapsible, so you can easily transport it and set it up in your favorite observing location. Spend less time setting up and more time exploring the wonders of the night sky. When you´re done observing, the legs fold inward and stow under the mounting plate.
