TS AZT6 Travel Mount for astronomy, photography and landscape observation

The compact but powerful altazimuth tilt head is an ideal travel mount. With a weight of less than 1 kg and dimensions of about 95 x 120 mm, the mount even fits into a coat pocket. The compact mount offers all the advantages of a sophisticated altazimuth mount:

Load capacity up to 4 kg - with optional weight compensation even up to 6 kg

Sensitive adjustment of the drag (friction) up to 100 % clamping

Optimal for observation AND photography

Fits on any photo tripod via the 3/8" thread on the base

The base is flat with 52 mm diameter - ideal for own adaptations

Attachment of telescopes, cameras, spotting scopes or binoculars:

The AZT6 is equipped with a Vixen/EQ5 style quick coupling. We offer matching dovetail bars in the accessories section, so you can easily adapt cameras, spotting scopes, binoculars and small telescopes.

If upright mounting is desired (as with binoculars or spotting scopes without rotation), then you can attach an L-bracket with a saddle plate. You will find suitable items in the accessories section.
