TS two flexible shafts for telescope mounts 9inch and 4.5inch
For comfortable tracking in R.A. und Dec

These shafts can be connected to worm gears with a drive shaft diameter up to approx. 6 mm and are a bit stiffer than other flexible shafts. They allow for fine adjusting of manual telescope drive systems.

These shafts are suitable for mounts like:

EQ-1, EQ-2, EQ-3, EQ-4,
TS Astro 3, Astro5, EQ für Megastar, Starscope,
Bresser Mon1, Mon2,
Vixen GP Series, Celestron Firstscope, and many more.

Special case EQ5

With the EQ5 the shafts fit on the stub shafts in declination, whereas with the RA drive you either have to omit the housing or firstly replace the clamping screw with a grub screw and secondly insert the shaft through the housing before clamping.

It is helpful to use a single flexible shaft in declination when using the single axis drive mdEQ5, because this brings the rotary knob closer to the focuser.

"Die biegsamen Wellen lassen sich richtig befestigen, indem man die Welle ein wenig hin und her bewegt, also nach links und rechts, dann fasst die Schraube richtig nach! Bin sehr zufrieden."
