iOptron Spare Part - Main Board for SkyGuider Pro

Due to rough handling, for example with gloves in winter, it can happen that the micro-USB socket is torn off the PCB. Since this usually damages the conductive tracks (see picture), repairing the board is hardly possible.

However, you do not have to buy a new mount, because we offer a replacement board.

An important note on the warranty:

Function guarantee by specialist workshop:

We can only ensure that spare parts function perfectly if we install and check them ourselves. A fault cannot always be traced back to a single part. Other components may also have been damaged by a defective part, even if this is not immediately apparent. In the worst case, a newly installed part can be damaged again by other defective components. Different software versions of the new parts can also lead to functional problems.

Install at your own risk:

Should you nevertheless wish to carry out the repair yourself, we would like to point out that we can only sell spare parts without warranty and without the right of return. Installation is at your own risk. Please note that guarantee and warranty claims expire if the spare part is not installed by a qualified specialist workshop.

Sealed packaging and expiry of warranty:

All electronic components are supplied in a sealed bag with protection against static charge. Opening this seal voids any warranty, as we can no longer guarantee that the component will remain intact and functional. If you decide to carry out the repair yourself, you assume full responsibility for the component and the associated risks.
