This set does not only contain a microscope but also everything that is needed for a serious entrance into this hobby. For instance, you can breed shrimps and examine them, prepare object slides, dye preparations for more contrast or view ready preparations.

The microscope itself is not made from plastic. It has a durable metal frame and an electrical illumination. All parts are stowed in a useful travel case for easy transportation and saving against dust.

This article is recommended for boys and girls from 8 years and comes with a detailed instruction manual explaining many of the exciting experiments that are possible with this set.

Note: Included in the scope of delivery are sharp (scalpel, microtome) and pointy (dissecting needle) objects as well as chemicals. Children may use this set only under adult supervision.
