TS Connection adapter for M68x1 accessories to focusers with M82x1 internal thread - length only 1 mm!

This adapter is a real problem solver, if you want to connect a corrector and sink it in the focuser but have only very little working distance from the connection thread of the corrector. Our goal in developing this adapter was to get by with just one millimeter. And this is how the adapter works:

The corrector with the M68x1 connection thread is inserted from the telescope side.

An off-axis guider or adapter counters the corrector and ensures a precise fit. Tilting, as occurs with clamping, is not possible.

The combination is then screwed into the M82x1 female thread of the focuser.

The adapter takes up only 1mm of the M68x1 male thread of the corrector or adapter. Usually the length of the connection thread is 4-5mm - so there is enough thread left for a stable connection.
