TS Adapter for Autoguiders and C-Mount Cameras

Connect a CMOS, CCD camera or C-Mount autoguider directly to the 8x50 finder and turn your 8x50 finder into a guide scope for astrophotography. If you expose a little longer, you can even image many nebulae, star clusters and galaxies through the viewfinder.

Simple and threaded adapter:

Simply remove the eyepiece from the finder mount and screw in the parfocal adapter instead. Then you can directly screw on the autoguider or the CMOS camera and get started. The 8x50 viewfinder becomes a compact guide scope.

The adapter fits the following finders:

All 8x50 finders from TS with part number "TSSU850g"

All 8x50 finders (straight view) from GSO

8x50 finders (straight view) by Meade (Lightbridge only)

Finder side thread: 50.5 mm x 0.6 mm

The adapter does not fit to the Skywatcher finder scopes - for these we have a special adapter from Lacerta
